Teen Yoga

img_0206Tweens and teens can often feel a lot of stress with their very busy lives.  Come leave all that pressure at the door when we engage in a fun filled yoga class!  We incorporate mindfulness into our movements while increasing body awareness.  Through our own Sundance, challenging and restorative poses we release energy and encourage relaxation. Geared for 6th graders (or equivalent) on up.
